3-Section Long-Length Welding

Suitable for PVC, PU, TPU, and other thermoplastic materials compatible with High Frequency (RF) welding. Welding, cooling, delay, and holding times can be adjusted to meet different material and process requirements.

Up to 2400 mm Welding Length

Supports large workpieces and provides greater flexibility for long-format product applications.

 

Operation & Parameter Management

Supports both manual and fully automatic operation modes. The touchscreen HMI enables process parameter setting, management, and multiple recipe storage, helping reduce product changeover and setup time.

Operator Safety

Can be integrated with safety light curtains, two-hand controls, safety doors, and emergency stop devices to enhance machine operation safety and personnel protection.
